Where & What?

Every Sunday we gather to worship our Lord Jesus Christ, the Hope for all nations and peoples. Whether you are a Christian or not, no matter your circumstances, we invite you to come into the presence of God. Come as you are!

Regular Sundays

We meet at 13.00 h. for coffee and tea and at 13.30 h. the Sunday Worship starts (in English), until approximately 16.00 h. There's a special programme for the kids & teens (in Dutch, translation in English if needed), Grace Kids & Grace Teens.

We'll have coffee, tea and cake after the service, so there will be plenty of time to socialize and have a good talk over a cup of tea, instead of rushing off to our homes. The cake is potluck, so surprise us with your delicacies!

You'll find us in the Appelkerk (Appelweg 15). For information on joining the Sunday Worship (or getting there), please contact Johan Offereins, johan@gracechurch.nl.

Our Sunday Worship is just part of what we are as Grace Church fellowship. Throughout the week, we share our lives, have meals together, and meet for prayer and worship. You are welcome to engage!

Liturgy

Our worship gatherings are about meeting God and participating in a worshiping relationship. Worship is two-way communication between believers and God, a dialogue of response involving both actions and speech. God reveals His presence; our need for intimacy is met, and we respond in thanksgiving and praise. God speaks through His Word; we are convicted and repent. God extends mercy through Jesus Christ; we respond with adoration.

  • Our worship provides opportunities for God and God's people to express their love for each other. We carry on an exchange of love with the God who is present, the God who speaks to us in the present, who has done and is doing marvellous things. A true encounter with God leaves us with changed hearts and calls us to changed lives. To experience God's presence is to be transformed from the inside out.
  • We invest in witnessing worship gatherings on Sundays that provide opportunities to meet God and participate in a worshiping relationship. The worship gatherings are an important possibility within Grace Church to invite non-believers into the presence of God.
  • We are devoted to Gospel-centered, Spirit-filled and Spirit-led praise and worship.
  • We invest in music, arts, expression and interactive worship, and we celebrate our cultural richness and creativity as an image of our Creator. We create a culture where music and arts can flourish for the honour of God.
